Annual Maintenance Cover
All equipment and components are covered by a 12 months warranty unless otherwise stated. In the event of equipment failure Voicepath Ltd will respond in 8 working hours to fault report.
Hardware
In the event that equipment cannot be repaired on site Voicepath Ltd will replace equipment with like for like loan equipment. Voicepath Ltd will liaise with manufacturer to arrange repair of goods, on return of goods Voicepath limited will replace loan equipment with repaired items.
Components
In the event that installation components fail or are damaged, Voicepath Ltd will either repair or in the event of more substantial damage will temporarily repair components.
Wear and Tear / Third Party Damage
Where damage is deemed to be Wear and Tear and/or Third Party, Voicepath Ltd will respond to the fault/damage as above and an additional charge will be incurred.
Contract
Upon request of Maintenance Cover a Contract document between Voicepath Ltd and client will be written up detailing cover and exclusions. Cover can be tailored to our customer’s requirements but may incur additional costs.
